For All Seasons

General Session 2

For All Seasons began leading worship at Biola University of Southern California in 2007, with the vision to see God receive honor, glory and praise in all areas of life. And now, after almost 10 years of ministering cross the country, lead vocalist and songwriter, Emily Hamilton, says what still matters most is that they inspire listeners to embrace a true heart and lifestyle of worship:

“The God we serve is constantly good, constantly powerful, constantly loving. We long to match that consistency with hearts that worship Him regardless of the circumstances we are in. Our desire is to challenge people to lift their eyes up above their current circumstance and worship God with what He deserves: Everything.”

In the Summer of 2014, after spending several years leading worship at Hume Lake Christian Camps, the band decided to switch gears and devote all of their time to touring and releasing original songs that inspire authentic worship. This decision coincided with the release of the their self-titled album For All Seasons, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Christian/Gospel charts in late July. While it was a significant achievement for the young band, they refused to be uprooted from their driving purpose: To use their gifts to usher people into His presence by creating music that manifests the joy of knowing their Creator and encouraging people to know Him deeper. As they continue writing and releasing new music, For All Seasons feels empowered and ready to continue encouraging communities, near and far, to worship God in every season of life.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to register and pay to attend the conference?
Yes. TMC 2017 attendance requires paid registration. Your church will not receive a Conference Contribution Request letter. Please register according to the category that best fits your church budget (Individual, or Group Rate), and select your Track, Breakout and Lunch Meeting before proceeding to payment.
What are Group Rates?
Group Rates are the amounts we formerly requested as the TM church’s conference contribution. The rates are based on the same standard, i.e, average church attendance. The option of choosing between individual rates and group rates allows a church to bring a group of any size and register at the rate that suits their budget. If the individual rate is a more economical choice, then select the individual rate. Register Now.

Chris Neal

Track Topic: Connecting Faith and Work:
Closing the Sunday to Monday Gap

How are we equipping and releasing our churches to engage God's mission in all of life? Two percent of Christians serve in church-paid work as pastors or missionaries, which means that all others who follow Jesus do not.  What does this mean? "The 98% of Christians who are not in church-paid work are, on the whole, not equipped or envisioned for mission in 95 percent of their waking lives" (Mark Green, Lausanne Conference in 2010).  In order to address this, each local church must help their people bridge the divide between Sunday and Monday.  Facilitators Chris Neal and Jonathan Wu, are City Directors at Made To Flourish, which exists to equip pastors with a more integral connection between Sunday faith and Monday work, in order to empower them to lead churches that produce human flourishing for the common good.

Chris Neal directs the Youth Leadership Initiative at Azusa Pacific University (APU), creating resources and experiences that help high school students explore and discover their ministry calling, in partnership with parents and youth workers. Chris is an alumnus of APU (B.A., M.Div.), has served in youth and family ministry for more than 13 years, and has been an adjunct professor of youth ministry for seven years. Chris also serves as the Los Angeles City Director for the Made to Flourish network, a network of pastors for the common good. Chris is a native of the San Gabriel Valley, where he currently lives with his wife and two daughters.

Michael Field

Breakout Topic: Managing My Ministry

Michael Field is a pastor at Fellowship Monrovia in Southern California. He has traveled an eclectic road  throughout the years, which has somehow successfully shaped and formed him for his current role. From living in mud huts in South Africa, to speaking to thousands of young people every year as a camp director at Forest Home, to making a documentary about coffee farmers in Guatemala, Michael has seen God's hand in the likely and unlikely stops along the way. He loves to create space where people can come together in pursuit of honesty, authenticity and God's presence in the midst of the messiness of life. His favorite times are when he can be a part of the moments people realize that God's faithfulness, love, and sacrifice for them matter more than anything else that could ever define us. As the brother of a musician and the son of a football coach, Michael loves to play music but might love everything about football even more. Michael is married to the astoundingly beautiful and infinitely gifted Faith Greiner Field.
